Description

The Vista VBALUN-4KPOC video baluns are passive (non-amplified) devices allowing transmission of real-time CCTV analogue HD video formats including CVBS, TVI, CVI and AHD up to 4K resolutions over Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) cabling. In addition, Power Over Coax (POC) cameras and DVRs are supported over the baluns to provide a cost-effective UTP cable solution and alternative to Coax. Superior interference rejection and low emissions allows CCTV video signals to coexist in the same cable bundle as telephone and datacoms services for the use of shared or existing cable plant and investment. Built-in surge suppression also protects equipment against damaging voltage spikes.
