We’ve partnered with DHL ServicePoint to offer Norbain customers a convenient way to receive your orders.

You can now collect your items from one of over 3,500 locations across the UK and Northern Ireland.

DHL ServicePoints are ideally located in your local convenience store – less than 10 minutes’ drive away*, and open by 8am, 7 days a week.

With 3,500+ locations to choose from, you can be sure there's a collection point near your home, office or your customer's installation location.
No need to worry about missing your deliveries - you'll get an email and/or text when your parcel is ready for collection.

Simple to take advantage of – just choose DHL ServicePoint when you order.
Select DHL ServicePoint when ordering online, or just tell your Norbain Account Manager you want to use this option.
Tell us the postcode you’d like it delivered to & we’ll select the nearest DHL ServicePoint store to that location.
Receive email & updates confirming where your order will be delivered to and when it’s ready for collection.
Scan the pick-up code on your notification email at collection and away you go!

You can provide your home, office, or customer installation site address as the location. Norbain will then select the nearest DHL ServicePoint address to this postcode.
An email address must be added to the order. A collection notification will be sent to this email address. This email is required to allow collection (you will be sent a pick-up code to scan at collection).
A mobile phone number must be added to the order in case of emergency.
