New and unused Goods
These are subject to our 30-day No Quibble policy and are based on the following criteria:
- All items must be in their original packaging.
- Complete with manuals, and accessories, in a New and Unused condition
- All security seals or safety controls must be unbroken/intact.
- Orders on Request, Software, Video printers, and Customer-specific products are non-returnable and are not covered by our 30-day No Quibble returns policy.
- Products under £25.00 in value are non-returnable.
- Return numbers issued for 30-day returns must be returned within 30 days of original invoice date, goods must be received at our Ashton Distribution Centre within this time frame. Goods received after this time will be returned to your account address.
All products are inspected on receipt. Any products that do not meet these conditions will be returned to your account address and no credit will be issued.
Faulty Goods
If your unit is faulty and in warranty, we will either repair/service exchange/replace or credit depending on supplier warranty.

For products out of warranty, we offer an extensive range of Fixed Price repairs, any product not covered by the fixed price is subject to a minimum inspection fee dependent on the manufacturer.
Collections
Whilst we offer a collection service, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that goods are collected and returned.
All goods being returned should be labelled with our returns number and the following address.
