Signing in to your account
Sign in with your email and password to see your trade pricing, place orders and use your account tools.
Norbain SD is a trade-only distributor, so most pricing and ordering features are only available once you sign in. Signing in unlocks your account's trade pricing, your basket, your orders and quotes, and product comparison.
How to sign in
Click Sign In in the top-right of any page. On a phone, open the menu first.
On the Sign In to Your Account page, enter your Email Address and Password.
Tick Remember me if you are on your own device and would like to stay signed in.
Click the Sign In button. You will land on your account dashboard.
Signing in with Google
If your email is a Google (Google Workspace) account, you can use the Sign in with Google button below the form instead of typing a password. This only appears when single sign-on is switched on for the site.
If your account has two-step verification
If extra security is enabled on your login, after your password you will be asked for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app, or one of your recovery codes. Enter it and choose Verify and sign in.
If sign-in fails
The message "Invalid email or password" means one of the two was mistyped. Check for typos and try again. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot your password? link on the sign-in form.
