Requesting a trade account or online access

There are two starting points, depending on whether your company already buys from Norbain.

You already have a Norbain account number

If your company already trades with Norbain but you have never logged in online, use the Request Online Account Access form. From the Sign In page, under "Already have an account number?", choose Request online access.

Complete the form fields, all of which are required:

• First Name and Last Name
• Email and Phone Number
• Company Name
• Account Number — your Norbain account number, found on previous invoices, statements or quotes (for example CU00012345)

You also confirm consent to receive communications about your account. Marketing emails and the option to improve product search using your anonymised activity are optional and can be changed later in your account settings.

Click Request Account. You will see a Request Submitted confirmation. Once our sales team approves it, you will get an email letting you set your password and log in.

You are brand new to Norbain

If you do not yet have a trade account at all, choose Apply for a Trade Account (also linked as Open an Account on product pages). This starts a full trade application rather than just online access. An approved trade account brings trade pricing, optional credit terms, next-day delivery on in-stock items and a dedicated account manager.
