Finding your way around the site
A quick tour of the header search, the discipline menu, your account menu and the footer links.
Most of what you need sits in the header at the top of every page and the footer at the bottom.
The header
- Logo — click it any time to return to the home page.
- Search bar — type a product name, SKU or brand. Matching suggestions appear as you type; press Enter or click the magnifying glass to see full results.
- Phone number — call our team directly.
- Sign In (or the account icon once you are signed in) — opens your account.
- Compare icon — appears with a count once you have added products to compare.
- Basket icon — shown when you are signed in, with a count of items in your basket.
The discipline menu
The navigation bar lists the main product disciplines — for example Cameras (video surveillance), Access Control, Intruder Detection, Recording, Monitors and more — with Outlet marked in red at the end. Hover over a discipline to see its subcategories and jump straight in. On a phone, tap the menu button to open the same list.
The footer
The footer groups useful links: About Norbain (about us, contact, articles and videos), Deliveries & Returns, and Services & Support (including this Knowledge Base). Legal pages such as the Privacy Policy and Terms of Business sit along the bottom.
