The Viper HD4 hybrid DVRs offer a simple upgrade path from standard definition analogue recording to the higher definition resolutions offered by TVI and AHD video formats. The HD4 DVRs can replace existing standard resolution DVRs as they can record in CVBS format as well as up to 4MP TVI and AHD video.
By using the existing coax cabling and changing the camera to a TVI or AHD format the end user benefits from the gretly increased clarity of 4MP resolution recording at up to real time frame rates.
As well as recording HDA cameras the DVRs are true Hybrids and can use IP cameras for up to 25% of their input channels.
The Viper HD4 range comes as a 1U high box that can accommodate 2 hard disk drives, allowing up to 16Tb of internal storage.
