The EDS Enforcer has been independently tested to EN13637 which is the standard for electronically controlled escape doors along escape routes. An Escape Door System (EDS) is designed specifically to ensure people can escape safely through electrically operated escape doors.
This is an emergency exit compliant delay system which is ideal for use in retail. The delay feature helps to reduce the ease of exit for theft via fire exits. The EN13637 standard allows the delay of egress on such doors by up to 15 seconds.
