Searching for products
Use the header search for a fast typeahead, then refine the full results page with the same filters.
Search is the quickest route when you know what you want — a model name, a part number (SKU) or a brand.
The instant search box
Start typing in the header search bar (it reads "Search for products, SKUs, brands and more..."). After a couple of characters a dropdown appears with matching Products, Categories and suggested searches. Each product shows its price if you are signed in, or Login for pricing if you are not. Use the up and down arrow keys to move through results and Enter to open one, or click an entry.
The full results page
Press Enter or click the search button to open the full Search results page. It shows how many products matched and lays them out in a grid, with a filter sidebar like the category pages — narrow by Brand or Availability and the count updates as you go. Any filters you apply are listed as removable chips above the grid.
If nothing matches
If a search returns no products, the page suggests checking your spelling and offers shortcuts to browse Cameras, Access Control, Intruder Detection, Recording and All brands, plus a link to Contact our team if you still cannot find it.
Tip: searching a brand name or a partial SKU often surfaces the right product faster than long descriptive phrases.
