Finding products
Reading a product page
Understand the images, stock status, trade price, key features, specifications and downloads on a product page.
A product page brings together everything you need to make a decision about one item.
Identity and images
At the top you will find the product name, the brand logo, the Base SKU and, where supplied, the manufacturer Part No. The gallery on the left shows the product images.
Stock status
A status panel shows availability: In Stock (with an indicative quantity such as "50+"), Low Stock, On Order, or Out of Stock. Items Norbain does not normally hold read as Order on Request — they are still available, just not kept in the warehouse. For in-stock items a delivery countdown shows the cut-off for same-day dispatch.
Trade pricing
When you are signed in, your account's trade price is shown ex VAT, with an Add to Basket button. If you are not signed in, you will see a Sign In / Open an Account prompt instead of a price. If we cannot resolve a price for your account, the page shows Contact us for pricing and asks you to contact your account manager — we never display a zero price.
