Net2 Entry is a flexible video door entry system that works standalone or with Paxton Net2 access control. Visitors select a tenant on the external panel to start a video call, and access is granted via the touchscreen monitor using a handset or hands-free mode.
The Net2 plus control unit connects to a central PC via an RJ45 port on a standard TCP/IP network, offering flexible installation. It also supports RS-485, allowing daisy-chain connection to other Net2 units via CAT5, eliminating the need for a separate converter.
Net2 Nano connects to the central PC via Paxton’s secure Net2Air wireless technology, making it ideal in areas with complex cabling. Units operate independently, storing events and making access decisions, while the Net2 software manages configuration & users.
Paxton Net2 access control readers provide durable, flexible access control for a wide range of environments. Available in multiple formats, including vandal- and weather-resistant models, they support proximity tokens, smart cards, and mobile access.

About: Net2 Pro is supplied as a download link and a unique licence key for quick installation. Designed for Windows PCs, it supports up to 50,000 users and 1,000 doors. Advanced features include timesheet and timeline management, fire and multi-zone intruder alarm integration, security lockdown, anti-passback, and a card designer.
Installation – A simple wizard guides setup and configuration. Control units are automatically identified by serial number, which can be renamed. Each unit is configured via the Net2 software.
Operation – Operators with different permission levels manage the software using individual logins, with all activity recorded in the events log. The intuitive interface allows even complex functions to be performed confidently within two hours.
