Knight Grade 1, Plastic, Single End Push Panic Button (Latching)

The KP1 is a single end push latching panic button. 6 terminals are provided in the housing - two alarm contacts, two tamper contacts and two spares. Tamper protection is provided by a leaf tamper, which detects when the lid is removed. This panic button activates via a magnet placed in the slide mechanism. When pushed, the reed circuit is broken, providing the alarm signal. This operation can be switched to normally open by changing the position of the magnet in the slide. Once pushed, this panic button can be reset using the provided key. Dimensions: 66x83x28mm. Also available in black with stainless steel fascia - use part code KP1S.
