Terms & Conditions

1. Event Admission

· Attendance is by invitation only and subject to registration confirmation.

· By attending, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

· The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee at their discretion, including for reasons of non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions, inappropriate behaviour, or safety concerns.

2. Alcohol Service

· Alcohol will be served responsibly in accordance with UK licensing laws.

· Attendees must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol. Proof of age may be required.

· The organisers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

3. Photography & Videography

· Photos and videos will be taken during the event for marketing and social media purposes.

· By attending, you consent to incidental inclusion in such media. If you do not wish to appear, please notify the event team upon arrival.

· Images will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.

· Posting Online: Attendees may share their images on personal social media accounts, provided that:

· Content is respectful and does not misrepresent the event, organisers, or other attendees.

· Images do not infringe on the privacy or rights of other attendees without their consent.

· Restrictions: The organisers reserve the right to request removal of any images or posts that are deemed inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Personal Responsibility

· Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

· The organisers accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

5. Health & Safety

· Please follow all safety instructions provided by staff and venue

· If you feel unwell or require assistance, contact an event representative immediately.

6. Behaviour

· Respectful conduct is expected at all times.

· The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee for disruptive or unsafe behaviour.

7. Liability

· The organisers are not liable for any injury, illness, or damage incurred during the event, except where required by law.

8. Data Protection

· Personal data collected for event registration will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

· You may request the removal of your image from published materials by contacting marketing@norbain.com

9. Changes & Cancellation

· The organisers reserve the right to amend the event schedule or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
