Graded Stock Explained

Norbain Graded Stock is stock that is not in perfect condition or doesn't have the full packaging that would usually come with the product as new. There are 2 different grades that help determine the level of condition of the graded stock, Grade 1 and Grade 2. Please read the descriptions of the two grades below.

Grade 1 products are in "as new" condition and have all accessories that normally come with the product. The original packaging may have some cosmetic damage or the item may have been reboxed in to plain packaging. The product has the original warranty.

Grade 2 products may have some cosmetic damage on the product itself like scratches or dents etc but any damage will not affect the function of the product at all. Grade 2 items may not have all of the original accessories but this will be detailed in the product description and the packaging may not be the original packaging. Grade 2 products come with a 12-month warranty.

Please call us to purchase Grade 2 stock.
