AXIS P3408-VE is an 8MP (3840x2160) AI-powered dome camera with remote PTRZ (pan, tilt, roll, zoom) functionality, allowing the field of view to be adjusted remotely after installation without physically repositioning the camera. Lightfinder 2.0 and Forensic WDR deliver true colours and detail in challenging light or near darkness, with a 4.4-14.6mm lens covering a 104° to 29° horizontal field of view.
AXIS Object Analytics runs on the edge to detect, classify, track and count humans and vehicles, and an acoustic sensor with AXIS Audio Analytics detects key sounds such as screams, shouts, coughing fits and changes in sound level. PoE out allows the camera to power an additional device. The outdoor-ready, vandal- and impact-resistant dome housing is rated IP66 and IK10, with an operating range of -40°C to 50°C, and is powered over PoE Class 4.
