The plug and play NVT Phybridge Power over Long Reach Ethernet 8-Port Unmanaged Switch (PoLRE LPC) is designed from the ground-up to meet the “five nines” highest-availability of service required to support voice and video technologies. As with all PoLRE Switches, the PoLRE LPC model leverages the existing voice infrastructure to deliver Ethernet and PoE over single-pair UTP with extended reach capabilities to support IP devices up to 365 metres – 4Xs the distance of typical switches. The PoLRE LPC point-to-point topology provides dedicated physical bandwidth for voice, ensuring QoS and voice continuity with no data LAN dependencies, thus eliminating the complexities of managing constantly changing voice, video, and data traffic that share a single path.
