Application areas
Running silently at the edge on board Hanwha Vision cameras the ALPR Application logs all vehicle movements and performs real-time watch list checks which can generate local alerts or open
barriers. The plates and associated metadata are instantly transmitted to multiple remote end-points or Cloud-based Back Offices for processing.
The App features an integrated Wisenet WAVE reporting option so that license plates can be read and sent to Hanwha’s powerful IP Video management platform where they are inserted into the video stream as bookmarks allowing users to search for vehicle events within any recorded video.
The ALPR application recognises plates from around the world, automatically identifying the plate’s country of origin ideal for cross border deployment.
Plates are stored on board the camera before being sent to multiple end-points such as ZatPark’s parking management system.
The application will also identify the vehicle’s Make, Model, Colour and Classification.** ( car, bus, van, SUV, truck etc. ) ** Make, Model , Colour, Class available on P-Series Cameras.
